The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals in our care.
This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of disability services, and a commitment to providing quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings.
Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Implement individualized plans and goals as outlined by the individual's service plan.
Assist individuals in accessing community resources and activities.
Ensure the safety of individuals in their care.
Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals.
Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals.
